Three customer touchpoints of a fintech group. Designed a shared system of tokens, type and components, then set up an AI workflow for the developer handoff: tokens in code, specs per breakpoint and visual QA.

Agents search archives and read scanned records; every claim keeps its source. In eight days: from twenty names to 235 people.
An app for soccer coaches
Session plans, a schedule for several teams and attendance. Built on seven interviews with coaches: 82% found the next session on the first try.
A B2B platform for corporate events
I redesigned how organizers create an event: one long form became five short steps with a review at the end. Built on six interviews and five usability tests: 30% less time, 25% fewer errors.
